This Privacy Policy explains how 3D Pro Sales, a product of Elite Digital Designs LLC, formerly Laptop Lifestyle LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, use our 3D building configurator, or use our sales platform (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, company details, and installation location details you enter when requesting a quote, saving a building design, booking a demo, or creating an account; price sheets, contacts, and business records our platform customers upload.
- Design and quote information. Building configurations, options, and pricing generated when you use the configurator.
- Usage information. Device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications. Messages you exchange through the Services (for example, email or SMS with a dealer), call logs, and support requests.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the Services, including generating designs and prices, delivering quotes, and routing your request to the appropriate dealer or manufacturer.
- To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide support.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services, including analytics and product development.
- To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time; reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. How We Share Information
- With dealers and manufacturers. If you request a quote or save a design, your contact and design details are shared with the dealer or manufacturer fulfilling your request. This sharing never includes mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging, or your SMS opt-in consent. See Section 5.
- With service providers. Hosting, communications (email/SMS), payment processing, and analytics vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- With advertising platforms. We may use cookies and pixels (for example, Google or Meta) to measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
- Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
4. Platform Customer Data
When dealers and manufacturers use our platform, they act as the controller of the customer records they store (contacts, leads, messages, orders). We process that data on their behalf to provide the Services. Individuals seeking access to or deletion of records held by a dealer should contact that dealer directly; we will assist our customers in honoring such requests.
5. Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive text messages from 3D Pro Sales relating to your demo booking, your quote, or your account. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and is not a condition of booking a demo.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, or the SMS opt-in consent you give us, with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging, and the consent associated with them, are used only to send you the messages you asked to receive. This applies regardless of any other sharing described in this Policy, including the sharing with dealers and manufacturers described in Section 3. The only parties that handle your mobile number are the messaging providers that transmit our messages on our behalf under contract, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP, or contact us using the details in Section 13.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We protect personal information and sensitive data, including data received from Google APIs, with the following safeguards:
- Encryption in transit. All traffic between your browser and the Services, and between our servers and Google, is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
- Encryption at rest. All Google OAuth access and refresh tokens (Gmail, Google Ads, Google Calendar and Google Business Profile) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. Account passwords are never stored in readable form; they are hashed with bcrypt.
- Our secrets stay on our servers. Our Google client secret and service keys are kept in server-side configuration and are never sent to the browser.
- Access controls. Every request requires a signed-in session. Each customer account is isolated from every other account, and users see only the data their role in their own account allows. Only a small number of authorized staff can access customer data, using individual logins, and only to provide support, keep the Services secure, or when required by law.
- Least privilege. We request only the Google permissions a feature needs, only when you turn that feature on, and use them only for that feature.
- Application security. Our servers use security headers, rate limiting and checks that block common web attacks.
- Safe testing. Changes are tested on a separate copy in which customer emails, phone numbers and stored tokens are replaced, and which cannot send emails, texts, payments or posts.
- Deletion. When you disconnect a Google service we revoke our access and delete its stored tokens. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time using the contact details in Section 13; we will do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
- Incident response. If we learn of a security incident affecting your data, we will act to contain it and notify affected users and authorities as required by law.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using the measures above.
7. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
10. Google User Data (Gmail and Google Ads)
Our platform allows a signed-in user to connect their own Google account so that the platform can send email on their behalf and report on their advertising performance. Connecting a Google account is optional and is never required to use the Services.
What we access. With the user's explicit consent we request only the following scopes: gmail.send (permission to send email as the connected account), userinfo.email (the email address of the connected account, so that the correct sending identity is displayed and recorded), and adwords (access to Google Ads campaign performance, used for reporting only). The Google Ads API publishes a single OAuth scope and offers no read-only variant; our integration issues reporting queries only and never creates, edits, or removes anything in a user's Google Ads account.
What we do not access. We do not request or receive permission to read, search, modify, or delete the contents of your Gmail mailbox. Our Gmail integration is limited to sending messages. We do not request gmail.readonly, gmail.modify, gmail.compose, gmail.metadata, gmail.settings, or the full mail.google.com scope.
How we use it. Gmail access is used solely to send messages that the user composes or triggers inside the platform — such as quotes, invoices, documents, and follow-ups — from that user's own address. Google Ads data is used solely to display that user's own campaign performance back to them inside their dashboard. We use raw and aggregated or anonymized Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing features. We never use it for advertising, lending, credit assessment, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the feature the user requested.
How it is stored and shared. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our servers, are never sent to the browser, and are used only to perform the actions described above. See Section 6 for how we protect them. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and access within the platform is role-based. We do not sell raw or aggregated or anonymized Google user data, and we do not transfer it to third parties — including data brokers and advertisers — except as strictly necessary to deliver the feature the user requested, or where required by law.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning. We do not use raw or aggregated or anonymized Google Workspace API user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We also do not transfer that data to any third-party service that would use it to develop, improve, or train its own artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
How to revoke access. A user may disconnect at any time inside the platform under Account Settings → Communications, or from their Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is disconnected or revoked, we delete the stored tokens.
Limited Use disclosure. 3D Pro Sales' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. TikTok User Data
Our platform lets a signed-in user connect their own TikTok account so they can schedule and publish their own marketing videos to that account from our Social Planner. Connecting TikTok is optional and is never required to use the Services.
What we access. With the user's explicit consent through TikTok's login screen we request only these scopes: user.info.basic (the account's display name and avatar, so the user can see which TikTok account they are posting as), video.upload (to send a video to the user's TikTok inbox as a draft) and video.publish (to publish a video the user chose to their own profile). Before each post we also read the account's current posting options from TikTok (allowed privacy levels, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are available, and the maximum video length) so the post screen only offers choices TikTok allows.
How we use it. TikTok access is used solely to upload and publish the videos, captions and settings the user selects, at the time the user chooses, to that user's own TikTok account, and to show the status of those posts. The user picks the privacy level and the interaction settings for every post, nothing is pre-selected for them, and we never add watermarks or our own branding to their videos. We do not read, download or analyze other content from the user's TikTok account, and we do not post to any account other than the one the user connected.
How it is stored and shared. TikTok access tokens are stored only on our servers, are never sent to the browser, and are used only for the actions described above. We do not sell TikTok user data, do not use it for advertising or profiling, do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the feature the user requested or where required by law. The safeguards in Section 6 apply to this data.
How to revoke access. A user can disconnect TikTok at any time inside the platform under Marketing → Social Planner → Settings, or from the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions. When the user disconnects, we revoke our access with TikTok and delete the stored tokens; scheduled TikTok posts that have not been published are not sent.
Use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
12. Pinterest User Data
Our platform lets a signed-in user connect their own Pinterest account so they can create and schedule Pins to their own boards from our Social Planner and see basic engagement on the Pins they published. Connecting Pinterest is optional and is never required to use the Services.
What we access. With the user's explicit consent through Pinterest's authorization screen we request only these scopes: user_accounts:read (the account's name and profile picture, so the user can see which Pinterest account they are posting as), boards:read (the list of the user's boards, so they can choose where a Pin goes) and pins:read and pins:write (to create the Pins the user schedules and to show basic engagement on those Pins).
How we use it. Pinterest access is used solely to publish the images, videos, titles, descriptions and links the user chooses, to the board the user chooses, at the time the user chooses, and to show that user the status and engagement of those Pins. We do not read or collect other content from the user's Pinterest account, and we never post to any account other than the one the user connected.
How it is stored and shared. Pinterest access tokens are stored only on our servers, are never sent to the browser, and are used only for the actions described above. We do not sell Pinterest user data, do not use it for advertising or profiling, do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the feature the user requested or where required by law. The safeguards in Section 6 apply to this data.
How to revoke access. A user can disconnect Pinterest at any time inside the platform under Marketing → Social Planner → Settings, or from Pinterest under Settings → Security and logins → Apps. When the user disconnects, we delete the stored tokens; scheduled Pins that have not been published are not sent.
Use of Pinterest is also subject to Pinterest's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
